U.S. Dept. of
Education Seeking Comments on IDEA Regulations

The U.S. Department of Education is soliciting comments and
recommendations from the public prior to their developing and
publishing proposed regulations to implement programs under
the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), which
was reauthorized in late 2004. These comments should address
changes that you believe are needed to clarify a provision
in the new law or to facilitate its implementation. Comments
and recommendations are due by February 28, 2005. To
