In an ongoing effort to reduce paper processes, NASW encourages electronic methods for submission to CEU@naswdc.org. Submit one application per program/conference/distance learning title. For programs with multiple formats, one application with the various formats is acceptable. Note on the application each requested format.

- NASW CE Renewal Application Form (existing approved titles only) NASW CE Renewal Instructions for existing programs. Complete a CE application for new programs for all conferences, as conferences are not renewable.
Payment Form
We are implementing a new pricing structure as part of the automation of the NASW CE Approval Program. Under the new pricing structure CE Providers receive a discount based on how many programs titles they have purchased within the calendar year. Please see the new pricing structure below.
