For the first time in history, four generations- Traditionalist, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y - work side by side in child welfare agencies across the country. This presentation will explore dynamics around multiple generations working together; explore some of the tensions and challenges resulting from varying generational perspectives; and identify unique opportunities for inter-generational collaboration and teamwork.
