In 2005, the city of Philadelphia and partners completed the 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness: Creating Homes, Strengthening Communities, and Improving Systems. This webinar will discuss the planning process, the data analysis and findings that were used to develop strategies, and Philadelphia's current progress in addressing homelessness. The webinar is pertinent to social workers who work on homelessness issues in planning, advocacy, and/or direct-service settings. 1 Social Work CE unit will be provided.
