The Neuroscience of Better Negotiations Tuesday, April 3, 2012
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM ET
Credit Hours: 1.5 CEU(s)
Webinar participants will discover simple but proven brain-based methods to better enable them to negotiate the results they want - without alienating the other side. How recent research into “mirror neurons” can be applied to improve negotiation skills will be addressed. Attendees will be given strategies to greatly enhance the performance of their brain during the negotiation process. Neuroscience research indicates that these strategies also greatly reduce the stress normally associated with tough negotiations. Additionally, attendees will discover how the brain responds to body language and why non-verbal cues can make or break a negotiation.
1.5 Social Work CEs will be provided.
