reference tool. The Information Sciences Institute (ISI) ranks Social
Work #1 in the world in its "Social Sciences Citation Index"
database for its publishing standards, editorial content, and citation
data. ISI covers 8,600 international journals on an annual basis
and selects only the top 10 to 12 percent for inclusion in its science,
social sciences, and arts and humanities databases. In addition
to Social Work , ISI also ranks other NASW Press journals
fourteenth and nineteenth in its social sciences database.
