Scott Hullinger, MSW, MSHA, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health.  He is nationally licensed as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality through the National Association of Healthcare Quality.  He previously served on the social work faculty of Brescia University and the University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work for many years teaching Human Behavior and the Social Environment as well as clinical practice courses.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Hullinger has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, over half of which has been dedicated to children’s services and the unique challenges children and adolescents provide. He has also had the opportunity to travel with the American Psychological Association to China as well as the National Association of Social Workers to both Russia and Brazil.  Mr. Hullinger has a special interest in adolescents from inner city environments and the trauma that many of them experience at young ages.

Mr. Hullinger holds an MSW from University of Kentucky and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Evansville.
