NASW Seeks Comments on Revised Standards of Practice for Case Management

For the past 18 months NASW has participated in an interdisciplinary task force, headed by the Case Management Society of America (CMSA), to revise CMSA’s standards of practice for case management. The CMSA standards, last revised in 2002, guide interdisciplinary case management practice in health, behavioral health, and related settings (such as long-term care or workers’ compensation). The task force recently completed its revision, and NASW encourages members doing case management in the practice settings to comment on the draft.
