Ask your governor, city mayors and county supervisors to issue a proclamation recognizing March as Professional Social Work Centennial Month "100 years of Professional Social Work, Celebrating Real American Heroes".

Arrangements for a proclamation signing ceremony are usually made through the official’s press office. Be sure to arrange to have a photographer at the event.

The official’s press office will usually issue a press release and your organization should do the same. Be sure to offer a quote from the Centennial Talking Points.
