The teleconference is geared toward understanding basic tools needed
to solve medication problems with emphasis on accuracy of information,
continuity of care, and prevention of accidental misuse of prescription
and over-the-counter drugs resulting in medication errors. Social
workers will learn about pharmacy practice and how to network with
community pharmacists for enhanced client safety and care.
