Families engage in the caregiving responsibilities for older parents in different ways. While some caregivers receive incredible support from siblings, others feel abandoned. The communication and sharing if responsibilities among siblings can influence the quality of life of both the caregivers and the parent(s) cared for. This webinar will examine the different ways that siblings handle caregiving responsibilities and provide guidance to social workers that will assist in creating harmony and shared responsibilities among sibling groups as they take on the responsibility of caregiving.
1 Social Work CE Contact hour will be provided.
