What is Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and who can be diagnosed with it? This webinar will discuss the variety of symptom constellations that fit a Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) diagnosis, as well as the hierarchy of concerns when planning treatment. You will learn about treatment options, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) transference, and supportive treatments, and how to match the type of treatment to the patient. You also will explore the future of a BPD diagnosis by looking ahead to the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V). 1 Clinical Social Work credit will be available.
