Attendees are responsible for completing all required evaluations and downloading their CE
certificates within the published certificate access period. CE certificates, evaluations, attendance records, and related conference materials will remain available until the certificate access deadline.
After the access period ends, CE certificate access will be permanently closed. NASW will
not reissue, reproduce, retrieve, or provide copies of CE certificates after the published deadline. No exceptions will be granted.
Attendees are strongly encouraged to download and securely retain copies of all CE certificates
immediately upon completion.
CE Certificate Access Request Form
To support timely processing and accurate recordkeeping, attendees seeking assistance with
CE certificate access before the published deadline must submit the CE Certificate Access Request Form:
Submission of the request form does not extend the certificate access period, guarantee retrieval
or reissuance, or create an exception to the published deadline. Requests received after the deadline will not be reviewed or accommodated.
2025 National Conference
Certificate access is permanently closed. Requests for retrieval, replacement, or reissuance of CE certificates will not be accommodated.
2026 National Conference
As a final transition period, attendees may access and download available CE certificates through December 31, 2026. After this date, access will be permanently closed, and no requests for certificate retrieval, replacement, or reissuance will be accepted.
