Ethics in Social Work: Am I Doing the Right Thing?

Christina Lorelli 0 560
This virtual workshop will focus primarily on codes of ethics, risk management, ethical dilemmas and the narrower topics of boundary issues, dual relationships, conflict of interest and confidentiality. We will identify ethical dilemmas social workers may encounter and review strategies to make an ethical decision.

October 25th-27th

Join us for our annual self-care retreat for social workers - our version of "Camp"!  No camp experience necessary!

Our 3rd annual "Camp" event takes place at a beautiful location in Northern MN with warm cozy cabins and lodges, a gorgeous lake view, great food, and tons of fun activities (all which count as CEU's)! At least 10 CEUS will be offered - attend as much or as little as you like! Join us after work on Friday through brunch on Sunday - invite your social work friends or come alone and plan to meet new ones - and we promise you'll leave feeling refreshed and ready to return again!

Your comfort and safety are the top priority for this event. In particular, we want to ensure a safe experience for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, diverse ability status, and all identities. We strive to provide an experience that is anti-racist and reflective of our professional and organizational values. This includes (but is not limited to) accessible rooms and spaces, and the opportunity to choose your level of engagement in all activities.

Camp NASW-MN lodging is in indoor, heated cabins; cabins have shared bedrooms with beds that sleep one person and/or bunk beds that sleep one person per bunk.
