What have international experiences to do with social work in my town? NASW International Committee members will discuss the benefits to your local practice and how they strengthen the profession in our global community. Hear how you can be involved internationally. Learn how NASW members have changed their practice after international experiences. Social work’s “Global Agenda” movement will be reviewed and you can learn how to help shape its direction. Be imbued with a broader vision from local to world-wide—we’re all in this together. Find out how social workers can build alliances with other like- minded groups to maximize the future of positive social change. Help research the specific contributions of social work knowledge and skills to a world in social crisis.
1 Cross Cultural CE will be provided.
