My Booth Facts
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of contracting your booth space. Booth assignments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Does NASW accept wire transfers as a form of payment?
Yes, please email kelly@kelly-partners.com AND natalie@kelly-partners.com for instructions.
What comes with my booth?
Each 10'x10' booth will be set with 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape in addition to a 17"x11" identification sign.
Does furniture come with my booth?
Yes. Each 10'x10' booth comes with (1) 6’ draped table, (2) chairs and (1) waste basket. Additional furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.), carpet, electricity, and internet are NOT included with your booth. They can be ordered in the GES Exhibitor Services kit.
NOTE: The exhibit hall floor is carpeted, if you’d like to rent additional carpeting for aesthetics or floor padding, please order through the kit.
How do I order carpet, furniture, and electricity for my booth?
GES is our official general services contractor and provider of the GES Exhibitor Services Kit. The kits will be sent no later than the end of April, if not sooner.
Can I rent lead retrieval?
Bravura, the lead retrieval company, will be sending an email to all exhibitors in May with instructions on to place orders. The fee is $200 for leads activation for two devices, which is the minimum amount of lead activations an exhibitor can purchase.
Registration/Booth Staff
When can I register my booth staff?
You can register all staff at this time via the registration portal. Instructions are below.
How many complimentary registrations are included with my booth?
Your company is allotted one complimentary conference registration and two staff registrations with exhibit hall access only per 100 square feet purchased (i.e. if you have a 10x20 you have two complimentary conference registrations and four staff registrations, etc.). If you have additional personnel attending the event, you can purchase each for at the attendee registration rate posted online.
What is included with exhibitor registrations?
Each complimentary conference registration includes all the educational sessions, meals and receptions. Each staff registration includes access to the exhibit hall only.
Do I have to register the people coming to help set up the booth even if they aren't attending the conference?
No, we will have installation and dismantle (I&D) badges in your welcome packet at the registration desk.
Will a roster of attendees be available before the conference?
You can contact attendees using the Directory in the mobile app.
Children
To provide the best possible conference experience, attendance is limited to adults. Children under 18 will not be allowed at the 2025 NASW National Conference.

To book your reservation or for more information on the Hyatt Regency Chicago as the headquarters hotel for the NASW National Conference, please click HERE.
