Logging In

Username: Your email address you used to register for the conference. 

Password: Provided in the Know Before You Go email. (Or click the forgot your password email link and reset).

Note: If you just recently signed up it might take 24-48 hours before the system allows you to login. 

Before You Arrive: 5 Things to Do

• Download the app and log in with your registration email.
• Turn on push notifications so you don't miss schedule changes or alerts.
• Browse the session catalog and build your personal schedule.
• Review speaker profiles and download any pre-released session materials.
• Click on the information tab and review general information about the conference.

What's in the App

Conference Schedule — Browse sessions by date, keyword, and room. Filter to find exactly what you need.

My Schedule — Bookmark sessions to build a personalized conference agenda you can reference all week. If you selected classes during registration, just know that they were only used for room allocation purposes – all sessions are general admission.

Speaker Directory — Search speakers, read bios and credentials, and see which sessions they're presenting.

Session Materials — Access slides, handouts, and supplemental resources directly from each session listing. (If handouts were provided they will appear under the session description.)

Exhibitors & Sponsors — Explore the exhibit hall, connect with organizations, and schedule appointments in advance.

Activity Wall – Engage with virtual and in-person attendees on all things NASW Conference.

Floor Plans — Find meeting rooms, registration, exhibit halls, and amenities in the Marriott Marquis.

Poster Presentations – Review selected poster presentations and make a plan to speak the presenter at the exhibit hall..

How do I log in?

Use your conference registration email as your username and refer back to your Know Before You Go email for the password. (or click forgot password link)

Where do I find the full schedule?

Tap Agenda on the home screen. Filter by date, track, or keyword.

How do I save sessions to My Schedule?

Tap the bookmark or star icon on any session to add it to your personal agenda.

Where are the floor maps?

Open Floor Plans from the home screen or the navigation menu.

How do I access session handouts?

Open the session listing and select Documents or Resources.

What if I forget my password?

Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen. Reset instructions will go to your registration email.

Will the app work without Wi-Fi?

Basic features work offline, but live polling, Q&A, and announcements require a connection.
