Our room block has sold out on select conference dates, but don't give up just yet — cancellations do happen, and we encourage you to check back periodically as new inventory may open up closer to the event.

Ride Share Pickup & Drop-Off

Uber, Lyft, and ALTO offer transportation services to passengers arriving to and departing from Reagan National Airport. For rides departing Reagan National customers should use their smartphone to select the appropriate pick zone, and coordinate directly with their driver. Green flags located outside on the outer terminal curb designate the appropriate pick-up loading zones.

  • Terminal 1: Customers can meet their ride on the third (outer) curb.
  • Terminal 2: Customers can meet their ride on the Baggage Claim (Arrivals) Level -1st Floor on the outer curb.
    • Please select Zone 1 through 4

Taxis

Service is on a first-come, first-served basis. Taxi drivers are licensed, obtain safety inspections, and have received customer service training.

Where to find a Taxi:

  • A DCA Taxi Dispatcher is available at designated taxi stands to ensure you are placed with a taxi.
  • From Terminal 1, proceed out the exit doors at baggage claim and turn right. The Taxis are located on the curb closest to the Terminal.
  • From Terminal 2, proceed to the baggage claim lower level (level one). Walk indoors to Doors 5 or 6 then proceed outside to the terminal curbside. You will find the taxi dispatch location clearly marked.

Public Transportation

Washington, DC Metrorail

The Washington, DC Metrorail system has an elevated Metrorail station connected to the concourse level of Terminal 2 Reagan National Airport. The Metrorail system provides easy and affordable access to locations throughout Washington, Virginia and Maryland.

Ride Share Pickup & Drop-Off

App-based ride services pick up and drop off passengers at the terminal curbs on the Upper Level/Departures. Fare and travel time ranges vary. Passengers should contact the ride service company for further details.

Taxis

The taxi stands are located just outside of the baggage claim area on the Lower Level of the BWI Marshall Airport terminal near doors 5 and 13. Please note that this service is available from BWI Marshall Airport only. For cab service to BWI Marshall Airport, please consult your local cab company. BWI Marshall Airport taxicabs are prohibited from charging flat rates.

Please allow additional time if using shuttles to travel between the terminal, parking lots and rail station as shuttle delays are possible. Travelers should plan to arrive at the terminal 2 hours before scheduled domestic departure.

  • The 3rd curb is located on the ground level outside of Baggage Claim, accessible via Doors 2, 4, or 6.
  • Numbered and lettered zones (3A-3H) make finding your ride easy
  • Customers will be notified of their pickup zone through in-app messaging
  • Beginning November 1, 2023, all drop-offs will occur at curbs 3 A/B and 3 G/H, with a short walk inside to the escalators up to ticketing.
