Proposed Amendments to NASW Bylaws Due Sept. 1

In Brief

Proposed changes to the NASW Bylaws are due by Sept. 1, and may be submitted by members in good standing; NASW chapter executive directors and chapter boards; NASW board members; and NASW committees and task forces. Proposed amendments related to Delegate Assembly and NASW national/chapter dues allocation will follow the Delegate Assembly process, and also should be submitted by Sept. 1. All other bylaws amendments are within the authority of the NASW board of directors.
