Bernadette Seifert, LICSW, earned her MSW degree from Boston University in 1984 and has been a licensed clinical social worker in New Hampshire since 1988. She is the director of adult programs at the National Alliance on Mental Illness New Hampshire and is the social worker for the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program team at the Dartmouth Centers for Health and Aging.
Seifert has been a member of NASW since 1986. She served on the NASW New Hampshire chapter board from 2007 to 2017, and was chapter board president from 2015 to 2017. She is the recipient of the 1996 NASW New Hampshire chapter Social Worker of the Year Award. She is actively involved in various chapter committees, including the Continuing Education, Clinical Practice, and Aging committees, and serves on several statewide committees and organizations, including as chair of the New Hampshire Coalition on Substance Abuse, Mental Health and Aging.
