In this course, participants will learn about direct client care with the use of psychedelic interventions, specifically ketamine. In addition, participants will learn about the benefits of psychedelic medicine to treat mental health and the importance of social workers involvement in the psychedelic renaissance.

1 p.m.-3 p.m. Pacific

This workshop will benefit social workers and advocates working in aging services and/or with dependent disabled adults in California. Participants will develop knowledge on micro and macro issues faced by victims of elder/depended adult abuse.

8 a.m.-3 p.m. Pacific

Learn the content and strategies to pass the Clinical ASWB exam for social work licensing. This one-day workshop will walk social workers through the necessary steps to pass the ASWB exam and reduce test anxiety.

9 a.m.-12 p.m. Pacific

Participants will have an understanding of the purpose of Motivational Interviewing and how it can be interwoven into other approaches to enhance good practice.
