Webinar Description with Goals and Objectives: In this webinar, we will take a deeper dive into who I am as a social worker.  The goal is to recognize your role as a social worker, position yourself to provide ethical practices, and know how to lead programs, create policies, and oversee community needs.
A Social Worker Supervisor, how and when do you supervise or lead?  We go over this dynamic and address your specific responsibilities.
A Social Worker Manager, how do you manage direct services and administrative demands?  We will take a deeper dive into this topic to support the role of manager.
A Social Worker Administrator, how do you administer directives and reports while not forgetting your staff/community members?  We will address the need to allow and trust your staff while administering work.
