In this training, Jennifer Kljajic, LCSW and Director of Therapy will differentiate between “As Prescribed” Physiological Dependency and Substance Use Disorder as well prevention and interventions.

Presenters will discuss the use of a case-based model which is adaptable to the wants and needs of their clients and their communities.

The audience will gain an understanding of the role of social workers in relation to SMA, legal issues, and how to help stop the criminalization of our clients for self-managing their own abortion care.
