Hope For The Warriors was founded by military families aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC in 2006 as they witnessed, firsthand, the effects war imparts on service members and their families. Hope For The Warriors has remained grounded in family values as the organization expands both the span of programs offered and the number of wounded, family members, and families of the fallen assisted.

AVA is a non partisan member advised advocacy organization focused on solutions to the issues facing veterans today. In addition to our best in class advocacy work, IAVA offers a case-management program to help veterans of all generations navigate the government and non government services available to them.

All service members and veterans deserve acceptance and equal treatment.  Many of them endured years of mental, emotional and physical stress because of their gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, faith and/or trauma survivor status – all while serving our country.  It’s our duty to ensure that they receive the support they deserve.The Military Acceptance Project provides direct support to service members past, present and future.  From resources, educational information, support groups and referrals to low/no cost counselors outside those provided by the military or Veterans Administration, our goal is to help foster healing and promote acceptance of self and others within the military and the community.

MOAA is the nation's largest and most influential association of military officers. We are a powerful force speaking for a strong national defense and representing the interests of military officers and their families at every stage of their careers

The MSRC Research Program runs cutting-edge empirical studies to further the knowledge base on topics such as risk assessment, treatment, and prevention, as they pertain to suicidal behavior in the military.

The National Child Traumatic Stress Network was established to improve access to care, treatment, and services for traumatized children and adolescents exposed to traumatic events. This section of NCTSN.org provides information about the Network itself.

NMFA is the voice of military families because, for 48 years, we have proven that we stand behind service members, their spouses, and their children. Our Association is the “go to” source for Administration Officials, Members of Congress, and key decision makers when they want to understand the issues facing our families. They know we have “boots on the ground” with military families and understand better than anyone that “military families serve, too.” Through the support and programs we provide, and our respected voice on Capitol Hill, at the Pentagon and Veterans Administration, our Association always looks out for the families who stand behind the uniform and for those who serve.
